Goldwater

Goldwater is a renovation concept for an existing building, shown in perspective renderings by Chen + Suchart Studio.

The design wraps the structure in clean white planes with a deep, cantilevered overhang that shades a new entry walk. Large framed windows open the interior to the street, and planted beds of desert flowers and agave soften the edge between building and sidewalk.
